A clean booth is a unidirectional flow clean unit (a simplified clean room) developed for the purpose of purifying localized working environments. To keep construction costs of clean rooms down, many mini-environments are adopted where the entire room is maintained at a low cleanliness level while only critical areas of production equipment are kept at a high cleanliness level, leading to an increasing demand for clean booths.
