Dykron is a hard chrome plating that uses a mixed catalyst to coat the substrate with a chromium carbide alloy that has a high degree of intermolecular bonding. ● Excellent wear resistance and anti-seizing properties ■ The friction coefficient is reduced by 5 to 6 times compared to hard chrome plating. ■ Ideal for surface treatment of components used under harsh conditions. ■ Effective in reducing the wear amount of the counterpart material. ● Strong adhesion resistant to cracking and peeling ● Excellent erosion resistance ● Easy to grind and polish *For details and examples of applications, please check "Download."
