Local clean shape free design with a short construction period.

A completely custom-made contamination control clean booth using an original aluminum frame. Pursuing airtightness and safety, we have adopted a lightweight aluminum frame as a dedicated frame. By using static transparent resin panels around the booth, we provide a clean environment with superior aesthetics that is not found in vinyl curtain systems. ○ Excellent airtightness ⇒ Supports Class 100 to 100,000!

Design and manufacture of localized dust-proof spaces, free shape design, short delivery time.

◆ A dust-proof booth with high airtightness that solves problems of dust adhesion and contamination in coating and filling processes. ◆ Designed to create a booth for the entire equipment or only for necessary areas according to the application. ◆ Additionally, by controlling the air conditioning inside the booth and maintaining positive pressure, further dust and insect prevention effects can be achieved (cleaning is also possible).

Improving the work environment! Local dust control measures for hazardous areas!

There is a growing demand for measures against foreign matter contamination in explosion-proof and hazardous areas (such as chemical filling processes and painting processes). Kamata Industries proposes the KAMATA explosion-proof booth, which does not use any flammable materials. 【Features】 ■ Dust and foreign matter contamination prevention A dust-proof booth with high airtightness that solves issues of debris adhesion and contamination in coating and filling processes. We design the booth according to the application, whether enclosing the entire device or only the necessary parts. ■ Positive pressure and pest prevention By controlling the air conditioning inside the booth to create positive pressure, we can achieve even greater dust prevention effects (cleaning is also possible). This is also effective in preventing the intrusion of pests. *Using UV-cut resin panels and pest curtains can enhance the effectiveness further. ■ Customizable size and shape The sizes of devices requiring dust prevention measures vary widely. We can manufacture booths in sizes over 10 meters and customize shapes according to the device design. ● For more details, please refer to the catalog.

Hard chrome plating treatment with excellent wear resistance and anti-seizing properties.

Dikron is a hard chrome plating that uses a mixed catalyst to coat the base material with a chromium carbide alloy that has a high degree of molecular bonding. ● Excellent wear resistance and anti-seizing properties 　■ The friction coefficient is reduced by 5 to 6 times compared to hard chrome plating. 　■ Ideal for surface treatment of components used under harsh conditions. 　■ Effective in reducing the wear amount of the counterpart material. ● Strong adhesion resistant to cracking and peeling ● Excellent erosion resistance ● Easy to grind and polish * For details and examples of applications, please check the "Download" section.

Customization is possible for the molding machine, such as installing an automatic shutter in the ceiling for mold exchange!

Today, the demand for product quality in automotive parts, plastic molding, and other areas is becoming increasingly high. We create clean spaces to prevent foreign matter by using dedicated designs for each machine. Customization is possible to match the molding machines, such as installing automatic shutters in the ceiling for mold changes.

A large number of KAMATA's clean booths that create an ideal clean environment are featured!

【Contents】 ● Air-conditioned Clean Booth Inside the clean booth, there is a tendency for the temperature to rise compared to the surrounding area due to the heat generated by equipment, inspection devices, and work tools. The KAMATA clean booth allows for temperature and humidity control through the installation of air conditioning units, enabling constant temperature and humidity management. ● KAMATA Clean Room With remarkable technological advancements, clean rooms that control contamination have become essential technology for research and manufacturing facilities across various industries. The KAMATA clean room addresses various issues caused by air pollution. ● Dust-proof Booth Issues related to foreign matter contamination and adhesion are problematic not only in pharmaceuticals and food but also across various industries. In the film manufacturing coating process, winding process, painting line, and filling lines for chemicals and beverages, we enhance dust-proof accuracy by providing coverings tailored to the application and line shape, ensuring high sealing performance. Additionally, we offer a variety of products including local exhaust treatment systems, machine covers, dust-proof booths, particle counters, and clean equipment. *For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Electrolytic hard chromium plating that achieves a hardness of HV1000.

Dai-kuron coating is an unconventional chrome plating treated with a unique catalytic bath. Compared to conventional hard chrome plating, it has a harder surface (around HV1000) and adds various features, starting with wear resistance. ■Features■ - Wear Resistance The friction coefficient is very low (5 to 6 times lower than hard chrome plating), resulting in minimal wear. - Burnish Resistance Even when exposed to high temperatures for extended periods, there is little change in structure, and the hardness drop is very small (over HV800 even at 400°C). - High Adhesion The occurrence of delamination between the effect layer and the base material, as well as cracks, is minimal, demonstrating excellent adhesion even against thermal shocks such as rapid heating and cooling. - High Dimensional Precision The treated surface is extremely hard, allowing for polishing and mirror finishing. - Erosion Resistance It exhibits high protective effects against surface damage in high-speed moving parts such as pumps, turbines, and propellers. ◆For more details, please request a catalog or download it.◆

This is an optimal sheet shutter for entrances and transport openings in clean rooms.

This is an optimal sheet shutter for entrances and transport openings in clean rooms. It is compact with a wide effective opening, and various control systems expand its booth applications. *With various sensor controls (optional), it allows smooth entry and exit into the booth even when both hands are occupied. ■ The Clean Sheet Shutter F-Shade can accommodate openings for various applications. ◆ Please check 'Download' for usage and details ◆

Add a door with a KAMATA aluminum frame, ensuring complete pest prevention with double sealing!

We proposed a double barrier by using an original aluminum frame and creating a door chamber. Points: 1. By combining our own aluminum frame for clean booths with sash doors, we can reduce costs. 2. Designed to match existing walls and installation locations. 3. Installed a filter-equipped louver to ensure smooth opening and closing of the door even when sealed. (If completely sealed, it becomes difficult to open due to negative pressure.) 4. For areas where the floor level is uneven, we used custom anchor brackets for height adjustment and shut down insects with rubber baseboards. ○ Resolved issues and customer feedback The pest control measures have been completely effective without incurring additional costs. However, currently, the rubber strip attached to the bottom of the door sash for pest control is too strong, making it difficult to open and close. We will address this promptly to ensure smooth operation. ○ Value that Kamata Industries can provide Kamata Industries offers various pest control solutions. In addition to this case, we have a track record of installing high-speed sheet shutters, clean booths, and fluorescent lamp covers to prevent the generation of attracting ultraviolet light. Please feel free to consult us if you have any concerns.
