Viscosity controller

In various testing processes at research institutes such as gravure printing, flexo printing, coating, and lamination, OptiColor's viscosity adjustment system is highly regarded for its advanced adjustment capabilities and reliability, and it is widely adopted as a standard instrument for setting consistent viscosity standards. OptiColor's controllers are equipped with two main systems: one that displays on an analog scale and another that uses a digital scale. Each system is further classified into junior and senior types, where the junior type displays only the current viscosity value on the scale, while the senior type can simultaneously display both the current and set values, allowing customers to choose the most suitable type based on their usage needs. The sensors and solenoid valves that come into direct contact with solvents have high safety performance, having cleared the PTB explosion-proof standards in accordance with the German Industrial Standard DIN.
