Nucleic acid modification reagent
This is a reagent for nucleic acid modification developed by Dr. Yukio Kitade, an emeritus professor at Gifu University and a professor at Aichi Institute of Technology.
■Labeling reagent for nucleic acid oligomers Nucleic acid oligomers with an ethynyl group introduced at any position on either the terminal or non-terminal ends can be easily synthesized. By performing a click reaction with organic azide compounds, efficient and easy post-modification is possible. ■3' terminal modification reagent for nucleic acid oligomers Nucleic acid oligomers with a modified 3' terminal can be easily synthesized. This product allows the dangling end nucleoside portion to have a highly hydrophobic benzene skeleton, resulting in synthesized nucleic acid oligomers with excellent nuclease resistance.
