Introduction of 3D scanners | We assess the quality of materials before processing even for cast products from other companies.
In August 2026, we introduced the optical 3D scanning system "NIMBLETRACK Gen2." With traditional calipers and height gauges, it was difficult to confirm the "overall shape of the product," but now we can visualize it using a color map by comparing it with 3D CAD data. 【Material Quality Assessment Before Machining】 We scan materials after casting to detect any excess or shortage of machining allowances, mold misalignment, core misalignment, and warping before processing. This allows us to identify defective materials before they are fed into the machining equipment, preventing waste of machine time, tools, and setup. We can also perform similar pre-processing assessments for materials cast by other companies. 【Physical Replication of Parts Without Drawings】 No markers are needed, and it is wireless, allowing us to scan the actual object directly. We handle everything in-house from data creation to wooden pattern production, casting, and machining. 【Aging Management of Wooden and Metal Molds】 We regularly measure mold wear and deformation, contributing to the prevention and maintenance of casting defects. *Strict dimensional tolerance guarantees will continue to be performed using traditional three-dimensional measuring machines. Even without drawings, you can consult us with just photographs of the actual item, along with dimensions, materials, and quantities.

Exhibiting at Monozukuri World [Osaka] 2026 | Booth Number 57-13
We will be exhibiting at "Monozukuri World [Osaka] 2026," which will be held from October 7 (Wednesday) to 9 (Friday), 2026, at Intex Osaka. ■ Dates: October 7 (Wednesday) - 9 (Friday), 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM ■ Venue: Intex Osaka, Halls 1-6 ■ Booth Number: 57-13 At our booth, we will introduce the following themes along with actual samples of aluminum and copper alloy castings: 【Cost Reduction through Process Change】 From machining to casting (shortened delivery time for 3 or more pieces, cost reduction for 5 or more pieces) / From die casting to sand casting (for prototypes and small lots) 【Lightweight and Thin-Walled Design】 Material substitution from cast iron to aluminum castings, thinning down to a minimum of 2mm 【Small Lots and Prototypes from One Piece】 Over 500 prototype achievements annually, prototypes shipped in as little as 2 weeks 【Solutions for Casting Defects】 Over 100 achievements in resolving issues such as shrinkage cavities and poor filling No drawings are necessary. If you bring photos of the actual item or approximate dimensions, materials, and quantities, we will provide guidance on the process on the spot. Please feel free to stop by booth number 57-13.
