Our company developed a WC thermal spray coating for winding drums in 1990 and was the first in the world to announce it. This marked the beginning of a series of new thermal spray coatings for paper machines, accumulating a solid track record of contributing to operational efficiency in the paper industry and achieving reductions in maintenance costs. Our thermal spray technology not only provides traditional single functions (wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and surface properties) but also offers more complex and comprehensive functions. In recent years, we have also advanced the application of thermal spraying to film manufacturing machines, where it is used in processes such as stretching that affect film quality.
