Kelu Corporation (Headquarters: Tama City, Tokyo, President: Akira Kasuga) will sell the "FG Series" drawer connector suitable for connecting batteries and main units in equipment that involves high current, with a capacity of 50A. <Product Overview> - The power terminal can support a maximum of 50A per terminal. - By mixing 2-pole power terminals and 6-pole signal terminals, space-saving is achieved. - The multi-point clamping contact structure prevents buckling of the contacts and improves reliability with stable contact force. (Power terminals: 8-point contact / Signal terminals: 2-point contact) - It is equipped with a guiding mechanism that absorbs fitting errors of ±3.5mm in the X direction and ±2.8mm in the Y direction. - The movable screw part of the plug-side connector allows for absorption of up to ±0.7mm in the XY direction. - The effective mating length is designed for high reliability, with 3.0mm for power terminals and 2.4mm for signal terminals, accommodating staggered contact.
