We have developed a 30mm stack height type of the high-speed transmission compatible 0.5mm pitch floating connector "DT Series." Previously, the stack height of the DT Series was adjusted on the plug side, but this time we have developed a type that raises the stack height on the receptacle side by 10mm. By combining it with the 20mm stack height type on the plug side, we achieve a stack height of 30mm. As a feature of the 10mm raised stack height type, the floating amount (movable amount) has been increased to ±1.0mm, which is double the ±0.5mm of the conventional products in the XY direction. While the floating amount has increased, the board footprint has been reduced by 8% compared to conventional products. It also supports high-speed transmission, enabling high-speed serial transmission equivalent to 8Gbps. The stack height variations can accommodate eight different stack heights ranging from 18mm to 30mm by fitting with the existing plug side. There are seven types of pin counts available, ranging from 30 pins to 140 pins.

The newly released branching and relay type allows for efficient wiring inside the enclosure by branching the cables. It can be passed through a minimum diameter duct of φ32.6mm (for 4 poles), making it easy to check circuit systems in tight spaces. Additionally, the shape of the connector is designed for easy attachment to brackets or processed sheet metal, allowing for secure fastening with cable ties. The number of poles available is 2, 3, or 4, and the housing color can be chosen from two options: white and black. The color variations of white and black are intended for use in a wide range of markets, and when combined with the plug-side connector (FWP11, available in four colors: white, red, blue, and black), they enhance visibility during operation.

Announcement of the new release of the 5.0mm pitch IP67 compliant waterproof connector "FW Series".
Kelu Corporation will launch the "FW Series" connectors. The "FW Series" is our first waterproof connector, with waterproof performance compliant with IP67. This product achieves one of the smallest and lowest profiles in the industry as a 5.0mm pitch connector. It enables a highly reliable design through three-point contact with our unique male and female identical terminals. Since the crimp terminals are identical, a common crimp applicator can be used, and the cable seal/seal ring is built into the housing, allowing for a reduction in labor during assembly. The number of poles available is 2, 3, or 4, and the housing color variations can be selected from three colors: white, red, and blue. The cable seals are available in three colors—black, light blue, and pink—tailored to the outer diameter of the cable insulation, enhancing visibility during work. Additionally, dummy pins are available as an option. By using dummy pins to block unnecessary cable insertion holes, it becomes possible to create a new pole configuration without changing the connector.

We have already sold connectors for crimping cables, including the "FA Series" (2.5mm pitch), "FAS Series" (1.5mm pitch), "FBC Series" (2.0mm pitch), and "8929E Series" (1.27mm pitch), which have been widely accepted by our customers and have accumulated many achievements. This time, to meet the diverse needs of our customers, we have started selling the new "FTC Series." The "FTC Series" features a 5.08mm pitch product, and its biggest characteristic is that it can crimp two cables onto a single terminal (contact). By crimping two cables onto one terminal, we can reduce the number of contacts in the connector and achieve a smaller size. Additionally, since power delivery between connectors becomes easier, areas that previously required power to be routed through a circuit board can now be handled with a simpler structure without going through the board.
