We are not just a "subcontracted painting factory." Established in 1958, our company has a foundation of painting technology and also specializes in chemical treatment, stripping, and cleaning, functioning as the "external surface treatment department" in your organizational chart. Based on our philosophy of "preparation is eight-tenths of the work," we emphasize participation from the "upstream process" before the drawings are finalized. We conduct test painting on a wide range of metals and difficult materials, and we produce the entire process from assembly, packaging, to delivery, thereby reducing your management workload. Additionally, by being able to perform zinc phosphate treatment in-house, we achieve stable painting quality. Furthermore, our micro-heating stripping technology, which does not use chemicals, maintains the electrical state of the "jigs (hangers)" that influence painting quality. Our approach of "pre-treatment determines painting quality" ensures the stability of the paint film during mass production. Rather than simply "applying specified standards," we work backwards to achieve optimal painting specifications and prevent scratches during transportation, sparing no effort in thorough discussions from the outset. This diligent preparation is the shortest path to preventing rework and minimizing total costs. Producing Surface Treatment Optimization (Design-In Support) From the stage before the drawings are finalized, we participate as experts in painting, stripping, and logistics to optimize the entire manufacturing process. - Proposal for Process Design Based on the characteristics of the materials (such as die casting) and shapes, we collaboratively create "unbeatable specifications" considering mass production. 2. Integrated Production Line for Pre-Treatment and Painting (Quality Development) Based on the belief that "painting quality is determined by pre-treatment," we have established a comprehensive system in-house to maximize adhesion and durability. - In-House Zinc Phosphate Coating We perform the chemical treatment (zinc phosphate coating), which serves as the foundation for painting, in-house to ensure the adhesion of the paint film. We carry out the most suitable treatments for the material, including solvent-baked painting, powder coating, and air-dried painting. 3. Outsourcing of Final Manufacturing Processes and Ancillary Services (Fulfillment) Rather than just "painting and done," we take on all ancillary tasks necessary to deliver the final product, reducing your management workload. - Inspection, Assembly, Labeling, Custom Packaging, Delivery In a clean environment immediately after painting, we conduct assembly of parts, labeling, and quality inspection. We deliver the product as a "finished product," extending your production line.
