Automatic Welding Joint 'SCL'

No need for single pipes during manifold piping installation! Automatic welding joints that reduce labor hours.

"SCL" is a type of welded joint with a long straight pipe section. The surface roughness is achieved at Rz0.7μm or less through electropolishing treatment. With the long straight pipe section, single pipes are unnecessary during manifold piping construction, reducing the number of work processes (one welding point is not required). 【Features】 ■ Surface roughness is achieved at Rz0.7μm or less through electropolishing treatment ■ The long straight pipe section eliminates the need for single pipes during manifold piping construction ■ Equipped with a neck (straight pipe section) suitable for automatic welding ■ High-quality welding can be easily performed *KITZ SCT offers various solutions for fluid-related issues in semiconductor manufacturing.
