1. Target Customers: We are envisioning business owners who are facing the following challenges: "The business environment surrounding our company is changing dramatically. Service Content: Focusing on collaborative work through visits once or twice a month or online meetings using Microsoft Teams, we will provide diagnosis of the current business model, creation of a vision and action plan for business model reform, and advice and guidance on the execution of the action plan. 3. Duration: Minimum of 12 months 4. Fees: Subscription model at 300,000 yen per month

- It is possible to terminate or extend the contract with a prior notice given two months in advance. - Please submit your internal materials necessary for the advisory guidance. - Please prepare the necessary time and location for the advisory guidance. - Including preparation time, we estimate an average monthly input time of 10 hours (person-hours). Depending on the issues, if this exceeds the estimate, we may request additional fees upon prior consultation. - If the distance from the center of Nagoya to your location exceeds 100 kilometers one way, we will determine an estimated amount for transportation and accommodation costs after prior consultation, which will be added to the above service fees.
