"The leadership and problem-solving abilities of the management team are lacking and need to be urgently strengthened." "They want to select talent to take on the next generation of management and develop a management team with strong problem-solving capabilities." 2. Service Content: Action Learning is an approach that seeks to solve high-importance and high-urgency issues related to strategy and organization at the team level. It provides support to strengthen management capabilities while solving problems through practical actions, learning essential thinking techniques, managerial perspectives, analysis of business models and operational systems, and team building. 3. Duration: Minimum of 12 months 4. Fee: Subscription model at 300,000 yen per month

- It is possible to terminate or extend the contract with a two-month prior notice. - You will need to submit internal materials necessary for advice and guidance. - Please prepare the time and place necessary for interviews and training or for advice and guidance. - Based on prior consultation, we may request additional fees depending on the extra time required for the project content. - If the implementation location exceeds 100 kilometers one way from our company’s location (Nagoya City), we will determine an estimated amount for transportation and accommodation costs through prior consultation, which will be added to the service fees mentioned above.
