The CPSN-EOB471EC-41 is an EtherCAT coupler unit that can utilize a rich variety of I/O modules. Its features include achieving a minimum communication cycle time of 125 μsec. It can operate with 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs at a minimum communication cycle time of 125 μsec. Additionally, you can freely expand the I/O modules according to your required functions from the diverse range of I/O modules in the CONPROSYS nano series. Furthermore, it supports a wide temperature range of -20 to 60°C, making it suitable for use in various environments.

Contec has developed a super compact business computer equipped with the Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra processor (Series 1), and has started accepting orders for the business computer "LPC-500 Series" (hereinafter referred to as the new product) from August 28, 2025. The new product is a super compact business computer featuring the Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 5 processor 125U (Series 1, Meteor Lake-U). It is equipped with "Intel(R) AI Boost," which integrates an NPU into the CPU, allowing for the execution of AI functions such as image recognition and voice processing at high speed and low power consumption while reducing the load on the CPU and GPU. With ultra-compact dimensions of 150(W) × 150(D) × 33(H) mm, it comes with a vertical stand and VESA mounting brackets, enabling installation in tight spaces on desks, behind displays, or inside equipment without restriction. It adopts a BTO (Build to Order) method that allows customers to freely choose memory capacity, storage, OS, and more, enabling the order of a PC with specifications optimal for their needs and budget starting from just one unit.

Contec has developed the Ethernet wireless converters "RP-WAH-SR12" and "RP-WAH-SR22," which utilize 920MHz sub-gigahertz wireless (IEEE 802.11ah) to enable Ethernet communication wirelessly even at distances of up to 1 km. Sales began on August 21, 2025. The new products are compact IEEE 802.11ah compliant wireless LAN converters that can be installed in various locations. The new Wi-Fi standard "IEEE 802.11ah," which utilizes sub-gigahertz wireless communication, became available in Japan in September 2022. It operates in the 920MHz band without the need for a license and can be used outdoors. Compared to conventional 920MHz wireless communication, it enables high-speed communication and the establishment of long-distance networks, making it expected to be utilized in large factories, plants, and farms. The new Ethernet wireless converters are designed to be lightweight and compact, allowing for installation in various locations such as walls and DIN rails with the included mounting brackets. Additionally, they support external antennas, enabling the construction of flexible wireless LAN systems.

Contec Co., Ltd. has started selling the "SH-9210TSN," an industrial managed switching hub that has obtained CC-Link IE TSN recommended network wiring component certification Class B. It features dual power supply redundancy, a DC power input, eight gigabit ports, and two SFP slots. The SH-9210TSN complies with IEEE 802.3ab (1000BASE-T), IEEE 802.3u (100BASE-TX), and IEEE 802.3 (10BASE-T) standards, and is designed for use in environments where quiet operation and long lifespan are required due to its fanless design. The new product features a high-performance 13th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) processor (Raptor Lake -U) and is a compact embedded computer with a thickness of approximately 30mm, about the size of an A5 sheet of paper (182(W) x 155(D) x 30.3(H)mm). In production sites, the introduction of Wi-Fi wireless LAN, which is widely adopted in IT systems as an alternative to laying communication cables in factory systems, has begun. However, Wi-Fi wireless LAN experiences jitter (variations in communication delay) due to congestion and interference in the radio frequency band, making its implementation in control layers with strict constraints on jitter difficult. Contec has utilized its unique tuning technology to achieve low-latency, low-jitter communication with its commercial wireless LAN products "FLEXLAN(R) FX5000 / FX3000 series." It has obtained Class A wireless certification as the first wireless device in the "Category CTRL," which is intended for control communication of CC-Link IE TSN, an industrial network expected to seamlessly connect the entire factory system. This certification is the first to pass the CC-Link IE TSN recommended wireless device test for wireless devices in the Class A Category CTRL.

Contec has developed the "LPC-1800 series (hereinafter referred to as the new product)," a high-performance slim tower business computer equipped with the 13th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) processor, known for its excellent expandability. Orders will begin on April 16, 2025. The new product features a compact design (width 330mm, depth 399mm, height 96mm) that can be installed in limited spaces, while being a business computer that adopts the high-performance Intel Q670 chipset. Despite maintaining the same external dimensions as the current LPC-1700 series, CPU performance has improved by approximately 2.8 times. (*1) To allow customers to choose the optimal specifications based on their applications and budgets, we have adopted a BTO (Build To Order) method that allows for free configuration by selecting components such as CPU, memory capacity, and storage from a menu, accepting orders from just one unit. New Release of FLEXLAN(R) FX5000 Series Wireless LAN Unit with Global Radio Certification for Various Countries - Products and Services
Contec has developed eight types of globally compatible wireless LAN units (resin case type FXA5020, FXS5000, embedded board type FXE5000) that have obtained radio certification in various countries around the world, and will begin shipping them sequentially as the FLEXLAN(R) FX5000 series starting in April 2025. The FLEXLAN(R) FX5000 series is a wireless LAN access point compliant with the new Wi-Fi 6E (IEEE 802.11ax) standard. New technologies such as OFDMA, MU-MIMO, and Spatial Reuse have been implemented, resulting in a communication speed that is 1.2 times faster than conventional products compliant with Wi-Fi 5 (IEEE 802.11ac). Additionally, significant improvements have been made in throughput reduction and latency that occurred when using many child stations simultaneously. With the addition of the new 6GHz band (Note 1) alongside the conventional 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, radio interference is reduced, allowing for the establishment of a faster and more stable communication environment. (Note 1: The overseas version of the FXA5020 series cannot use the 6GHz band.)
