The CONPROSYS M2M controller is an intelligent IoT gateway that incorporates various communication functions into its firmware. It is available in two types: a "compact type" that integrates the controller and I/O interface functions, and a "stack type" that extends the I/O interface for use with the controller. Flexible configurations are possible depending on the installation location, wiring method, and number of I/O points. It not only transmits collected data to higher systems but also includes simple control functions. Control can be achieved simply by accessing it via a web browser and arranging icons to build flowcharts, without the need for specialized programming language knowledge. All aspects of the CONPROSYS M2M controller, from development to operation, are realized through web browser operations. Two new expansion modules, "CPSN-DO-16L" and "CPSN-DO-16BL," that allow for the addition of digital output functionality to the CPU coupler unit of the CONPROSYS(R) nano series have been released.
Contec has started selling two types of digital outputs as new products in the CONPROSYS(R) nano series from June 13, 2024. The new products are expansion modules that add digital output functionality to the CPU coupler unit of the remote I/O system CONPROSYS(R) nano series, which pursues cost performance and ease of use. Additionally, the new products can also be used as expansion modules to add digital output functionality to modular USB I/O units. 【Main Features】 ●CPSN-DO-16L Equipped with 16 points of phototransistor-isolated open collector output (current sink type). Designed for use with external circuit power supply of 12 to 24VDC. ●CPSN-DO-16BL Equipped with 16 points of phototransistor-isolated open collector output (current sink type). Includes a built-in power supply for phototransistor drive.

The stack type has been newly introduced for the industrial IoT solution CONPROSYS® M2M Gateway. It can be easily utilized by freely combining multi-vendor compatible PLC communication functions and a variety of I/O modules.
Contec has released a stack-type model that allows for flexible configuration of various I/O modules in its M2M Gateway series under the comprehensive industrial IoT brand "CONPROSYS(R)". The new product maintains the functionality of the CONPROSYS(R) M2M Gateway while enabling the realization of a controller that can accommodate various signal sources by stacking different I/O modules. There are two models: the standard stack-type M2M Gateway (CPS-MGS341-DS1-131) and the LTE SIM-free communication module equipped model for the Japanese market (CPS-MGS341G5-DS1-130). The controllers in the "CONPROSYS(R)" lineup, including the new products, are equipped with a variety of functions required for industrial IoT devices, contributing to the reduction of development man-hours in IoT system construction.
