Industrial IoT Solution CONPROSYS(R) Series
Start with 50,000 yen for IoT, offering a one-stop solution from IoT gateways to HMI, VTC functions, and cloud services!
The CONPROSYS series provides a one-stop solution for the necessary IoT gateway, software (monitoring functions, simple processing and control functions, etc.), and upper servers that make up M2M/IoT solutions. It collects input and output from various sensors and PLC data through the controller, allowing data to be accumulated on the upper server. The upper server also offers various software development kits, including Contec cloud services, on-premises data collection software, and extended SDKs. Additionally, users can build monitoring screens using the HMI software standardly equipped in the controller. Furthermore, various task processing can be incorporated using the built-in VTC function, without the need for knowledge of programming languages or special development environments.
basic information
●M2M Controller Series We offer two types: the "Compact Type," which integrates the controller and I/O interface functions, and the "Stack Type," which allows for the expansion of I/O interfaces on the controller. Flexible configurations are possible depending on the installation location, wiring method, and number of I/O points. ●M2M Gateway Series This series supports OPC UA communication and MTConnect communication, making it easy to integrate existing equipment into IoT systems. It allows for data collection from multiple PLCs with a single device. ●PAC System Series A real-time control controller compliant with the international standard IEC 61131-3 and supports CODESYS programming. It is packed with the necessary functions for manufacturing industries to build open systems. By integrating PLC and HMI control and introducing open communication, it achieves overall optimization of the system. ●TM Series This series is specialized for constant monitoring and telemetry systems. It comes standard with necessary functions for remote monitoring systems, such as "Web Monitoring," "File Storage," and "Event Monitoring (email notifications, etc.)," allowing all operations from setup to operation to be completed via a web browser.

[Free White Paper] Technical Column - Types and Uses of IoT Sensors (Series Part 1: Sensors and IoT Devices)
When you hear "IoT (Internet of Things)," what images come to mind? As you start to tackle the realization of IoT with themes like "wanting to visualize the site," "wanting to improve production efficiency," and "wanting to detect signs of failure," you will first realize that you must solve the very practical issue of "how to collect data from the equipment on-site." This realization will highlight the gap between your envisioned smart IoT image and the reality. Where should you install which "sensors" on the equipment? How will the wiring be done? To choose the most suitable "sensors" for the information you want to acquire, you need to understand the types and characteristics of sensors. We will deliver a three-part explanatory column focusing on "sensors" and "IoT devices." We hope you find it useful for building your IoT system. This first installment, titled "Types of Sensors Essential for IoT and How to Use Them," will explain the sensors that can be used in IoT, focusing on the interface.
