The XPT-T1000 is a panel-mounted industrial touch panel PC equipped with an Intel Core i7 processor. It features a high-performance processor with over three times the processing power of conventional products while achieving a fanless design (completely natural air cooling). The touch panel LCD is available in 12.1 and 15-inch sizes, and it maintains high durability by adopting a 5-wire resistive touch panel. It is equipped with a variety of interfaces, including dual LAN, USB 3.0, DisplayPort, DVI-D, and RS-232C, as well as a slot-in type 2.5-inch SATA disk slot. Additionally, it is compatible with the panel mounting dimensions of our PT-956S series panel computers (currently on sale). Orders have begun for the high-performance panel computer "XPT-T1010 series" equipped with the 7th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 processor.
Contec has developed a high-performance touch panel PC equipped with the 7th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 processor (Kaby Lake U) and will start accepting orders for the new product "Panel Computer XPT-T1010 Series (hereinafter referred to as XPT-T1010)" from December 26, 2023. The new product XPT-T1010 is a panel computer that changes the CPU and touch panel LCD from the conventional product "XPT-T1000 Series," which is equipped with a 7th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 processor. The CPU features a 7th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 processor (Kaby Lake U), and the touch panel LCD is available in 12.1 inches, compatible with the mounting dimensions of our panel computer PT-955LXC series (discontinued product). The XPT-T1010 adopts a BTO (Build-To-Order) method that allows customers to freely choose storage, RAID, OS, and more, enabling them to select products with optimal specifications according to their applications and budgets.

15 new models that support power-off operation without shutdown have been added to the Box Computer (R) and Panel Computer series.
Contec has added 15 new models to its lineup, featuring the "Power Cut Protect®" function that supports power-off operation without the need for shutdown processing, in its fanless embedded PC "Box Computer®" and all-in-one industrial PC "Panel Computer" with a touchscreen display. The release began sequentially on January 24, 2023. The new products are industrial computers that achieve fanless and spindle-less operation by adopting SSDs (TLC) with robust protection features for the boot drive, pre-installed with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSB 2019. They can protect data being written even during sudden power outages, and by using the Windows lockdown (disk write suppression) feature in conjunction, the "Power Cut Protect®" function allows for safe power-off without OS shutdown processing. When a voltage drop occurs, the system immediately stops accepting new write operations to the SSD, performs the final write operation before power is lost, and prevents data loss. Additionally, the write protection feature for the SSD can be easily enabled through BIOS settings.
