24-hour continuous operation high-performance FA computer VPC-1800 series
Industrial computers for the factory automation (FA) sector, designed for continuous operation 24 hours a day in critical equipment control systems and manufacturing sites.
This product maintains compatibility in appearance with the conventional model "VPC-1700 series" while inheriting features such as the ability to install three PCI boards. It achieves approximately 2.8 times faster processing speed, making it suitable for edge computing environments that require advanced image processing and high-speed control processing. To enhance maintainability, a new POST code display has been added, allowing for easy monitoring of the PC's status. Additionally, a tool-free detachable front cover continues to be used, enabling easy replacement of components with limited lifespans, such as storage, air cooling fans, and dust filters, from the front of the unit, thus providing higher maintenance capabilities. To improve system reliability, comprehensive hardware RAS features, including a watchdog timer, remote reset, hardware monitoring, and general-purpose digital input/output, are still standard.
