The counting machine from Koshinsha is featured on nippon.com.
Watching the operation of the "Digital Area Counter" (hereafter referred to as DAC) from Koshinsha evokes a sense of wonder. The screws scattered on the tray move in several rows and eventually fall into a box. The DAC captures and counts each screw as it falls using sensors. The screws, falling chaotically through the air, are counted accurately and displayed on the screen. The fact that the screws are not neatly aligned gives it a vibe far from "we are counting." Nevertheless, the DAC produces precise results.

The dust suction nozzle and hood catalog for the dust collector has been uploaded.
There is a growing demand for dust and particle cleaning in various situations, ranging from cleaning LCD panels, electronic components, and PET substrates to dust removal from food containers. Since different materials, environments, and cleanliness levels are required, we will assist you in experimenting with a dust suction nozzle system that meets your needs. We develop suction nozzles and hoods for small dust collectors, large dust collectors, and vacuum cleaners. First, please consult with us: what type of product needs dust removal? What is the size and type of the particles involved? Is the environment you will be using it in a clean room? We will consider these details to select the appropriate dust collection nozzle, static eliminator (ionizer), and dust collector for you. After that, we will provide proposals, conduct verification with test equipment, and proceed to delivery.
