The digital area counter is a multi-row counting system that uses a CCD line sensor camera, capable of accurately and quickly counting products that are difficult to measure with sensors or scales, ranging from parts and seeds smaller than 1mm in diameter to metal parts, molded parts, die-cast parts, pressed parts, tablets, and frozen foods.

The Digital Area Counter DAC-320 can count various shapes of supplements with just one unit. By selecting a pre-registered product name from the LCD screen, the counting conditions for the registered product are automatically set up. Even if small powder like that from tablet pressing comes out, the cancellation function prevents it from affecting the count. The device also detects and corrects product entanglement for products that are prone to tangling. All-stainless steel models can also be manufactured.
