An inline device for cutting and packaging tea bag packages and small packages into large bags at a constant rate.
It is common practice to count the number of small bags manually, but this can be automated. It can be installed inline. Small bags discharged from a multi-lane pillow packaging machine can be cut into set quantities without stopping the line and can be fed into large bags, etc. High-speed cutting of about 6 bags per second is possible (depending on the product).
