basic information
As the demand for individual packaging and small bag packaging increases, more users are expressing a desire for counting-based filling in addition to the traditional weighing-based filling machines. There is also a growing interest in mixing products that are weighed with those that are counted for filling. Until now, counting filling machines have typically consisted of just a few large ball feeders (parts feeders) lined up above the packaging machine. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with these machines, citing difficulties in cleaning, space consumption, and slow operation. In response to these concerns, we developed the multi-lane small-quantity automatic filling counting machine DAC-9000.
