The package counter PCU-300 and PCU-450 are parts counters suitable for small lots and a variety of items with low counting. Please consult us about counting machines that can handle mixed packaging of screws, nuts, washers, fittings, plastic parts, etc. We use a parts feeder with a special separation and sorting structure for the counting machine. Since separation is completely achieved, counting can be done at high speed even from a single piece. Additionally, in the case of parts feeders, the supply amount may decrease as the number of parts decreases, which can lead to longer counting times; however, the balls used in the PCU-300 are characterized by maintaining speed even when the number of products decreases.
