KOSKA Co., Ltd. offers an IoT service called "GenKan" that enables production management, visualization of process progress, and cost management to improve profitability in small-lot, diverse production without hassle. However, existing methods are often geared towards mass production, and visualizing costs frequently requires changes in the production process, which can burden the on-site staff and make it difficult to implement. In response to this situation, by using "GenKan," it becomes possible to visualize production progress, operational status of processes, and accurate cost management for small-lot, diverse production starting from 48,000 yen per month, all while maintaining the existing production conditions.
