Frozen Food Box Production Example - Mitaseru
Achieving an ideal package through a review of shape and material! Case study of boxes for frozen food mail order.
We would like to introduce a case where we created packaging for frozen food for mitaseru, a gourmet service that delivers dishes from famous restaurants through a carefully selected mail-order service. We organized the challenges of existing regulated products and examined the details of shape, material, and printing specifications. We repeatedly prototyped and discussed G-flute and E-flute boxes to enhance the product's completeness. Ultimately, we produced two sizes, 60 and 80, and delivered them with specifications that consider the preservation of frozen food, durability during transportation, and design.
