The new Fortec series of heavy-duty portable robots from KUKA has arrived!
Until now, KUKA's heavy-duty robots were available in three types: 360kg, 500kg, and 1t payload capacities. However, the new "Fortec series" has now been introduced. You can now choose the optimal heavy-duty robot from a wide variety of options. The new Fortec series significantly increases the variety compared to previous models, with nine types each for the standard floor-mounted type and the cast-forged specification. Including overhead types and machine tool specifications with particularly strong process forces, there are a total of 25 types to choose from. You can select the most suitable one from this range. The payload capacity within the series ranges widely from 240kg to 600kg. Maintaining KUKA's signature rigidity, the form is more compact than previous models, and it offers a wide operational range with a maximum reach of 3326mm. This powerful series will continue to excel in various scenarios. Of course, as before, we also offer the "KR TITAN," which has the highest payload capacity of 1t (1.3t for palletizing specifications)! For more details, please contact KUKA sales.

A new series of KUKA's small robots has arrived! There is also a waterproof type.
Since its debut in 2013, the KUKA small robot "KR AGILUS" has received great acclaim worldwide, and now it has gained new members! In addition to the 6kg payload versions with reach of 700mm and 900mm, there are now 10kg payload types with reach of 900mm and 1100mm available. Furthermore, a waterproof version has been added, and for each type, installation positions can be chosen from the floor, wall, or ceiling. With high repeatability and fast movements, the robot incorporates cables and hoses internally, minimizing unnecessary protrusions and enhancing the slim form of the small robot. This contributes to its introduction in spaces with limited installation areas, saving space and improving cycle times. It is expected to excel in tasks such as handling workpieces for machine tools and in the assembly processes of precision machinery. For more detailed information, please contact KUKA sales.

Furthermore, waterproof versions have been added, allowing installation positions to be chosen from the floor, wall, or ceiling for each type. With high repeat positioning accuracy and fast movements, it incorporates cables and hoses internally, minimizing unnecessary protrusions and enhancing the slim form of the compact robot. This contributes to its introduction in spaces with limited installation locations, space-saving, and improved cycle times. It is expected to excel in handling tasks such as loading and unloading workpieces in machine tools and in the assembly processes of precision machinery.
