■ Kyowa Finetech's "precision gear pump" achieves a high delivery accuracy with flow rate variation and pulsation within ±0.5%. ■ It is resistant to fluctuations in pressure and viscosity, allowing for stable fluid delivery even at high temperatures of up to 450°C. By selecting materials with excellent corrosion resistance according to the application, it is possible to establish a long-lasting and stable line. ■ With Kyowa Finetech's multi-port gear pump, multiple discharges can be obtained in a precise manner from a single gear pump, reducing the number of motors and significantly lowering power consumption. ■ We also design and manufacture units that maximize the potential of precision gear pumps, taking into account installation environment, operability, energy efficiency, and work safety. ■ Based on our track record of introducing various lines, we propose designs for gear pumps that are suitable for your line.
