The "Low Viscosity Gear Pump" from Kyowa Finetech is a product that can be manufactured with a minimum discharge amount of 0.02cc/rev. The pump is easy to attach and detach, allowing for capacity changes by swapping out the gear pump. Additionally, due to its high discharge accuracy, it can also perform fine flow adjustments based on the rotation speed.
