We have made an investment in a Keyence laser marker. This laser marker is equipped with a newly developed laser oscillator that combines the high-quality printing of YVO4 lasers with the high-speed printing of fiber lasers. It is ideal for printing applications on metals, plastics, ceramics, and for fine processing! Furthermore, the distance sensor and multifunctional camera built into the laser head automatically correct any misalignment of the laser beam focus and printing position. By precisely directing the laser beam, it enables high-precision marking, making it possible to distinguish even small characters and ensuring reliable quality control.

In manufacturing, we don't immediately create molds for mass production; instead, we first produce a few prototypes, typically around 100. What we need for this is the press brake. It is a sheet metal machine used to bend thin sheet metal materials. The features of this machine include high repeatability precision, fine adjustment mechanisms that can be tailored to the product, easy clamp for one-touch mold attachment, quick change, CAD/CAM integration, and the capability for internet connectivity for IoT use! The Intermold 2021 exhibition was held at Tokyo Big Sight Aomi in April. Our company's specialty, precision press-processed parts, was featured. The photo shows a part that has undergone two-stage drawing processing followed by punching. The material is brass, with a thickness of 0.64mm and a height of 4.5mm. The inner diameter is 0.7mm.

We have started web meetings! For customers outside the prefecture and overseas, web meetings not only reduce transportation costs but also offer benefits such as reduced risks and burdens during travel! While the meeting organizer must have an account, a "meeting ID" and a corresponding URL will be issued.
