Flame hardening(1)
Flame hardening is a new technology that meets the detailed needs of our customers. Flame hardening is a level of technology that cannot be imitated by other companies. Except for special hardening, we can accept small quantities (even one piece) without restrictions on the shape, weight, or dimensions of the workpiece. We can perform surface hardening using the same materials as high-frequency hardening, but the depth of the hardened layer decreases relatively gently, which reduces the risk of peeling. Our company has over 20 years of experienced personnel, and we have both large and small machines dedicated to flame hardening.

Carbon immersion prevention treatment(0)
At the Iwate factory, "carburizing prevention treatment" is possible. Previously, this process was done manually one by one, but starting in 2023, we have introduced a fully automated carburizing prevention machine. With complete automation, we have succeeded in enhancing accuracy and work efficiency (labor-saving). We are now able to complete large lot work in a shorter period of time.

It is possible to perform heat treatment using dedicated jigs. We have also taken into consideration minimizing bending even in cart furnaces. With the cooperation of jig manufacturers, we can prepare dedicated jigs, so please feel free to consult with our company, which has many achievements.

Contributions to the preservation of the global environment are expected to have a ripple effect in various fields. Our company has introduced a "vacuum carburizing furnace," which takes the environment into consideration and is expected to become mainstream in the future. We aim to establish a system that allows us to continue assisting our customers in manufacturing without being subject to various regulations. 〇 Surface hardness: The penetration of carbon forms a very hard surface on the parts after heat treatment, improving wear resistance. 〇 Vacuum carburizing involves fewer processes than conventional heat treatment, allowing for processing in a shorter manufacturing period.

Our company is equipped with a total of five nitriding treatment facilities. In addition to nitriding treatment, we can also handle mass production parts from carbonizing and nitriding processes. We pay attention to the quality inside the products as well as their appearance.

Equipment Introduction(1)
We are introducing the equipment at each factory. At the Kawaguchi factory, we have a 700-ton hydraulic press and a 100-ton crank press, among others. At the Iwate factory, we have a pit-type heat treatment furnace and an unmanned heat treatment line, among other equipment. We are equipped with a variety of heat treatment facilities.
