What sizes can you correct bending or distortion? A. We can handle dimensions up to round bars Φ400×5000mm and plates T50×2000×6000mm. Q. What is the accuracy of bending? A. Within 3mm/m by visual inspection (in-house standard). Q. Can you conduct mechanical testing? A. Yes, we can. We will request a public institution to perform mechanical testing. Q. What is the delivery time? A. Generally about 1 week from the arrival of materials. *There are also cases where processing can be expedited. Q. Is it possible to attend heat treatment and correction? A. Yes, it is possible. *Schedule adjustment is necessary. Q. What are the quality standards? A. We conduct hardness tests under management conditions stipulated by Japanese Industrial Standards.
