Oil-free vacuum pump KCM310
Orion Machinery/Vacuum Pump. Compatible with a vacuum level of 100 kPa. Motor output of 5.5 kW with a control panel and inverter packaged together. Made to order.
■Equipped with a newly developed non-contact high-efficiency rotor. The use of a newly developed high-efficiency rotor (non-contact, bladeless) minimizes energy loss through non-contact with the cylinder, making it energy-efficient. Since no oil is used inside the pump, it provides clean air and is economical. Additionally, the non-contact design ensures a long lifespan and significantly improves maintenance. It also achieves improved sound quality and quiet operation. ■Continuous operation at a vacuum level of 100 kPa is possible. The coaxial two-stage vacuum pump equipped with a high-efficiency rotor enables continuous operation at a vacuum level of 100 kPa. It maintains the set vacuum level with high precision even when the load fluctuates. ■Vacuum levels can be set across the full range. It can be used over a wide range from 0 to 100 kPa, with no savings sacrificed in vacuum levels (the touch panel setting values range from 5 to 101 kPa). Settings can be made in 1 kPa increments without leaking air. ■Up to 80% energy savings compared to conventional models. Thanks to the exhaust structure that prevents over-compression and the two-stage vacuum pump, it operates at optimal power from near-open vacuum levels to the target vacuum level, regardless of the point of use. This reduces electricity costs. ■Energy-efficient pump structure covering low to high vacuum. It operates at optimal power across the full range of vacuum levels (from open to target). The exhaust structure prevents over-compression.
