Ventilation is carried out in a sealed space with temperature control by air conditioning, without losing the comfortable indoor environment. Air conditioning systems in offices generally do not have ventilation functions, as they typically circulate indoor air, and thus cannot be considered sufficient in terms of the increasing demand for hygiene and the necessity of ventilation in recent years. Special air conditioning units pass indoor air through a sensible heat exchanger when exhausting it, and similarly, when drawing in outside air, they also pass it through the sensible heat exchanger. This allows the indoor air temperature to be transferred to the incoming outside air, achieving energy-efficient ventilation that does not waste the air conditioning.
