The DPU series low dew point dry air supply device is a localized air conditioning system that supplies ultra-low humidity air with a dew point of -40°C to -60°C. Customers planning to introduce an overspecified dry room can significantly reduce installation and operational costs by switching to a localized low humidity chamber. It is optimal for the development of lithium-ion batteries, as well as next-generation all-solid-state batteries, research on powdered pharmaceuticals, and small-lot production facilities. It can also be used for research and development in semiconductors, electronic components, pharmaceuticals, and food, as well as for temporary storage of electronic components, sealing materials, and powdered products.
