Heat recovery heat pump (water heat source) / DHP
Recovering the heat from drainage using a heat pump system for effective use in heated water supply. Contributes to reducing running costs and CO2 emissions.
The heat recovery heat pump is a device that effectively utilizes the heat from wastewater, which has previously been discarded, to heat supply water. It has achieved a heating performance with a maximum outlet water temperature of 90°C through heat recovery using the heat pump method. Facilities that use heaters or boilers for heating supply water can expect significant reductions in running costs and CO2 emissions with the introduction of this system. In factories that cool return water containing heat from machinery using cooling towers while using heated water for other purposes, it is possible to reduce running costs for both the cooling tower and the heater.
basic information
■【Examples of heated water supply】Hot water for cooking, hot water for sterilization processes, hot water for cleaning, etc. ■【Hot water inlet temperature range】15–70℃ →【Hot water outlet temperature range】20–90℃ ■【Examples of heat source water】Contaminated treatment discharge water, post-cleaning discharge water, cooking line discharge water, etc. ■【Heat source water inlet temperature range】20–45℃ ■Ideal for replacement of electric heaters and boilers. ■Achieves a heating COP of 3.10 or higher through optimization of condenser efficiency. ■Reduces CO2 emissions through the thermal utilization of wastewater, contributing to carbon neutrality. ■Significantly reduces running costs. ■Easy operation with a touch panel. ■Large LED display allows for monitoring of operating status from a distance. ■Uses low GWP refrigerant R513A. (GWP: Global Warming Potential) ■A stable discharge water source is required.
