The Sabirex Graphite Hot Plate HPX series is a hot plate designed for sample preparation in trace element analysis using ICP-MS, which requires extremely uniform and contamination-free sample decomposition. It eliminates contamination by coating a top plate made from finely powdered graphite with PFA. Graphite is resistant to heat and chemicals, has excellent thermal conductivity, and a low expansion rate, making it an ideal material for PFA coating. By manufacturing the top plate using a different method and eliminating surface irregularities, it prevents the peeling of the PFA coating. In addition to a highly thermally conductive top plate, multiple heat sources are arranged to pursue temperature distribution and purity. It contributes to various high-purity analyses, including the geochemistry and semiconductor fields, where strict analytical results are required.
