G-Flex aluminum processed fiber (base: Zetex heat-resistant fiber)

The base material is durable, making it suitable for heavy use. It achieves excellent peel resistance among aluminum processed fibers.

- Maximum heat resistance: 1650°C (contact heat resistance: 175°C). - A five-layer construction including two aluminum layers is bonded to one side of the substrate using a special method. - Strong against repeated bending and has excellent peel resistance. - The substrate fabric is made of Zetex heat-resistant fiber. - Used for thermal protection in high-temperature environments such as metal casting and glass melting. - The robust substrate fabric is also effective for protection against molten metal splashes in heavy industry. - Various fibers with different thicknesses of the substrate fabric are handled. - Sold by the roll (approximately 147 cm (58 inches) wide, approximately 45 m (50 yards) long). - Non-asbestos product.

G-Flex aluminum processed fiber

basic information

■Maximum radiation heat resistance: 1650℃ ■Contact heat resistance: 175℃ *This fiber has resistance to infrared radiation heat (radiation heat), not to direct contact with heat sources. *The heat resistance performance refers to the heat resistance of the fiber itself, not its insulation properties.
