G-Flex Silver Aluminum Processed Fiber (Base Mock Knit Heat-Resistant Fiber)
A lightweight, flexible, and strong fiber developed for fireproof clothing. It achieves excellent delamination resistance among aluminum processed fibers.
■Maximum radiation heat resistance: 1650℃ (contact heat resistance: 175℃). ■Radiation heat-resistant fiber developed as a material for fireproof clothing in American aircraft accidents. ■Five-layer processing including two aluminum layers, bonded to one side of the base material using a special method. ■Strong against repeated bending and has excellent delamination resistance. ■Uses a very lightweight and soft proprietary mock knit fiber for the base fabric. ■Manufactured with an advanced weaving method that combines the comfort of knit fabric with strength. ■The base fabric, made with a multifaceted weaving method, achieves strong adhesion with the aluminum layers. ■Sold by the roll (approximately 147cm (58 inches) wide, approximately 45m (50 yards) long). ■Non-asbestos product.
basic information
■Maximum radiation heat resistance: 1650℃ ■Contact heat resistance: 175℃ *This fiber has resistance to infrared radiation heat (radiation heat), not to direct contact with heat sources. *The heat resistance performance refers to the heat resistance of the fiber itself, not its insulation properties.
