Zetex heat-resistant aluminum processing tape (Base: Zetex heat-resistant fiber)
Aluminum tape suitable for wrapping around pipes and mufflers.
■Maximum radiation heat resistance: 1650℃ (contact heat resistance: 175℃). ■An inexpensive radiation heat-resistant tape made by laminating an aluminum layer to Zetex heat-resistant fiber. ■Not suitable for applications that involve re-rolling the tape (risk of aluminum delamination). ■Used for thermal protection of pipes and other objects. ■Manufactured from inorganic materials, no hazardous gases are generated. ■It is not adhesive; a separate heat-resistant adhesive is required. ■Tape thickness: 0.89mm, tape width: 5.1cm. ■Sold in roll units (approximately 15m (50 feet) roll). ■Non-asbestos product.
basic information
■Maximum radiation heat resistance: 1650℃ ■Contact heat resistance: 175℃ *This fiber has resistance to infrared radiation heat (radiation heat), not to direct contact with heat sources. *The heat resistance performance refers to the heat resistance of the fiber itself, not its insulation properties.
