PFA drip bottle capable of ultra-trace high-purity dripping that eliminates the leaching of trace elements.
The Sabillex PFA drip bottle, through precise molding and the use of high-purity PFA resin, minimizes instability in drip volume and contamination, allowing for extremely precise and high-purity drip operations. It excels in heat resistance and chemical resistance, being inert to almost all chemical solutions. Due to its extremely low trace element leaching, it is suitable for the semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical and food research, geological studies, and physical and chemical research. Its excellent liquid release capability allows for the recovery of samples without loss.

● The thickness of the container's sidewall is extremely uniform, resulting in consistent deformation when pressed with a finger and stable extrusion pressure. ● There is no distortion in the chip area (ejection area), and the flow of liquid towards the opening is constant. ● The opening is extremely fine and perfectly round, so inverting the container does not cause the contents to drip, and the ejection amount is stable. ● The inner surface is processed to be extremely smooth with no fine irregularities. ● No residual liquid remains, preventing contamination. ● A PFA cap is included to prevent contamination and evaporation in the chip area. ● Average drop volume: 15μL, drop volume range: 13–18μL. ● Inert to almost all chemical solutions. ● Made of high-purity PFA, with a temperature range of -200℃ to +260℃. ● Can be sterilized by autoclaving.
