High-temperature intake compatible refrigerated air dryer RAX-SE series (air-cooled)
Orion Machinery/Air Dryer. Capable of handling inlet air temperatures up to 80°C. Can operate even at an ambient temperature of 45°C.
■High-temperature environment compatibility. Operable even at an ambient temperature of 45°C. (RAX55J-SE to 75J-SE can handle up to 48°C) ■Stainless steel shell heat exchanger. Adopts a stainless steel shell heat exchanger that matches the oil-free era of clean air and compressed air. *For degreasing treatment, please inquire separately. *SUS pipes for improved corrosion resistance are also available as a custom option. ■Achieves low pressure loss of 0.015 MPa or less (RAX75J-SE). This heat exchanger has minimal clogging even with long-term use and low pressure loss (pressure drop). ■Exempt from Category II pressure vessel regulations. Since it is exempt from Category II pressure vessel regulations, no certification procedures are required. ■Standard equipped with suction filter (RAX3J-SE to 75J-SE). A filter is standardly equipped at the suction inlet of the condenser, making maintenance easier. ■Space-saving and compact (RAX55J-SE to 75J-SE). Front suction and top exhaust. Can be closely installed on either the left or right side. Drain trap position can be selected on either side (optional parts required for right-side extraction). Wall-mounted installation is possible on left and right walls as well as the back.
