Savillex Membrane
PTFE membranes with a minimum pore size of 0.2 microns, available in four sizes: 25mm, 47mm, 50mm, and 90mm.
The Sabirex membrane is made of high-purity PTFE and can be used not only with Sabirex filter holders but also with filters from other manufacturers. It is chemically and biologically inert, suitable for solvents, acids, and bases. The minimum pore size is 0.2 microns, and it is hydrophobic, making it effective for filtering airborne particles and gases, including those containing water vapor.

- Selectable according to the diameter of the Sabirex filter holder - Can also be used as a filter other than for the filter holder - Minimizes the risk of trace metal leaching and sample absorption - Inert to almost all chemical solutions - Made of high-purity PTFE, temperature range: -200℃ to +260℃ - When performing aqueous filtration below 1 micron, it is recommended to pre-wet with methanol, ethanol, or isopropyl alcohol to maintain constant pressure - Sterilize with steam or sterilizing solution
