Please check the following points: 1) Check if the registration completion email from warranty@leister.com has been sorted into your spam folder. 2) Please double-check that your login ID and password are correct. 3) If you still cannot log in after checking the above, it is possible that your Leister login ID is not registered. Please try registering anew. Q2. What should I upload for the "purchase receipt"? A. Please upload one of the following documents issued by Leister or an agent/dealer: - Invoice - Delivery note Q3. I have not received the "confirmation email" after warranty registration. A. It may take a few days for registration confirmation at our Swiss headquarters.
