Our company has developed a new generation of brushless motors, "MICROdrive," "ECOdrive," and "POWERdrive," specifically for hot air equipment and plastic welding machines. By developing and manufacturing motor technology in-house, we enhance the performance, reliability, and adaptability to future smart features of our products. We pursue durability and stability required for industrial applications while being compact, lightweight, and highly efficient. Features of each motor: MICROdrive: Achieves a lightweight design of just 85g with a maximum speed of 40,000 RPM and a maintenance-free design expected to last over 10,000 hours. ECOdrive: Utilizes ferrite magnets, considering resource conservation and recyclability. POWERdrive: Demonstrates strong driving performance suitable for high-load applications. The new generation motors have already been adopted in some Leister welding machines since April 2026. Leister will continue to advance product development that addresses efficiency, sustainability, and digital control, contributing to quality improvement and work efficiency in industrial settings. The Reister heat gun "Hot Stream A" has been introduced as a new type of resin welding machine. It features a lightweight and compact body, stable temperature control, a new long-life brushless motor, and vibration-resistant design. It demonstrates high workability in various resin welding tasks such as rooftop waterproofing, floor construction, and resin tank processing. It also supports intuitive operation with E-Drive and an eco mode that reduces power consumption. Two models, 500 A and 302 A, are available to choose from based on application needs. * The existing "Hot Stream S" is now discontinued. * The product is named Hot Jet overseas.
