For some Leister products, due to the end of production and the discontinuation of parts supply, we may not be able to provide repair services. We have now published a list of repair availability by model. Customers using older models are requested to check the manufacturing code and serial number of their product and refer to the repair availability list. Please note that for certain models of the Triac S and Triac PID, repair services will end for requests received on or after June 19, 2026. *Instructions for checking the manufacturing code and serial number are provided in a separate news article. For details regarding repair availability and the applicable models, please refer to the attached document or contact our service center.
