The BFS-i06 fan system is an innovative magnetic levitation fan that does not use bearings or seals. Since the fan blades rotate without contact, it is possible to significantly reduce wear, particle generation, and maintenance frequency. The fan body is made of high-purity fluororesin (PFA) with chemical resistance and antistatic properties, allowing it to be used in harsh environments, including corrosive gases and explosive atmospheres. It is equipped with control functions that enable high-precision and high-speed control of the rotation speed. By combining it with pressure sensors or flow sensors, feedback control of airflow or pressure is possible. Multiple fans can be connected in series to achieve higher pressure or in parallel to achieve greater airflow. By using a dedicated interface panel, up to four fans can be efficiently wired and controlled, accommodating a variety of equipment requirements.
