The BFS-i10 fan system is an innovative magnetic levitation fan that does not use bearings or seals. Since the fan blades rotate without contact, it is possible to significantly reduce wear, particle generation, and maintenance frequency. The fan body is made of high-purity fluoropolymer (PFA) with chemical resistance and static electricity prevention properties, allowing it to be used in harsh environments, including corrosive gases and explosive atmospheres. It is equipped with control functions that enable high-precision and high-speed control of the rotation speed. By combining it with pressure sensors or flow sensors, feedback control of airflow or pressure is possible. By connecting multiple fans in series, higher pressure can be achieved, and by connecting them in parallel, larger airflow can be realized. Using a dedicated interface panel, up to four fans can be efficiently wired and controlled, accommodating various equipment requirements.
