The BPS-i600 is a magnetic levitation bearingless pump that integrates a motor and controller. Its compact design eliminates the need for an external controller, reducing wiring work and making it easy to incorporate into equipment. Thanks to magnetic levitation technology, the impeller floats non-contact within the pump casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. Since it does not use bearings or seals, it significantly reduces particle generation and maintenance frequency. The impeller and pump casing are made of high-purity fluoropolymer (PFA), which has excellent chemical resistance. Additionally, the pump housing is welded, eliminating the need for O-rings, thereby reducing the risk of liquid leakage and contamination. It is equipped with control functions that allow for high-precision and high-speed control of the rotational speed. By combining flow sensors and pressure sensors, it achieves feedback control of flow or pressure, enabling stable flow and pressure control. It supports PLC interfaces and RS485 (Modbus RTU) communication, making it easy to connect with existing equipment and upper systems. Furthermore, by connecting to a multi-pump system, multiple pumps can be networked for efficient control and monitoring.
