Unstable tool life hinders planned production. We will explain the benefits of stabilizing surface quality through case studies. In response to the chipping issue of the punch, we implemented thorough lapping processing. By refining the surface from a rough Rz3.116 to a precise Rz0.150, we eliminated material snagging.
