Contract Research and Development We conduct contract research and development related to biochemistry and microbiology. As part of our operations, we perform hygiene management, quality control, and microbiological testing in cosmetic and food factories. Therefore, our contract research and development has a strong focus on microbiological-related development. Development Examples We conduct studies on antibacterial properties for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, search for antibacterial substances, perform preservation efficacy tests (compliant with the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, and reports can also be provided in English according to USP), explore soil microorganisms (for organic waste treatment, deodorizing components, and sterilizing components), analyze microbial flora, conduct deodorization performance tests, develop products using fermentation microorganisms, set expiration dates for food and cosmetics, and develop food preservation methods. Cosmetics We also accept the development and small-scale production of formulated ingredients. We manufacture and sell cosmetics based on the concept of "not using unnecessary ingredients." Having conducted microbiological testing, we have acquired know-how in microbial control, allowing us to produce cosmetics in a sterile state without using any preservatives or synthetic surfactants.
